This is the department of things that live inside other bags, plus the ones small enough to be the whole bag. A zip wristlet takes a phone, a card and a key. A card holder with RFID lining takes the cards alone.

The makeup and toiletry bags open flat with a wipe-clean lining, and the smaller ones fall inside the quart-sized limit the TSA publishes for liquids at the checkpoint.
